As a Personal Chef and food lover, I have spent years cooking, researching, testing, reading food blogs, and "playing with my food". The great thing about the culinary world is there are so many avenues to utilize your creativity. In this blog I plan to share those avenues with you. Every week I break up my time between my weekly clients, recipe contest, newsletters, scaling local markets, testing new ingredients and food research.
